Our 30-foot Power catamaran has no restroom, but we are able to stop anywhere along our route to let guests “go for a swim.” Our 40-foot monohull sailboat has two bathrooms that are great for number one but not number two. Bathrooms are also available in the harbor.

Tour Extensions like adding additional hours can be done after booking by reaching out through phone or email. Extensions are only possible when availability permits. Additional time is $320/hr.

As per coast guard regulations we are able to accommodate 6 guests. This includes infants and children.
-
Our vessels can only accommodate 6 guests. We are more than happy to recommend top-rated private charter options for larger parties. Please contact us for more information.
-
We recommend bringing the following: Reef-safe sunscreen (no spray), swim clothes, a towel, any additional food or beverages you would like and a camera to capture the experience.
-
In order to only offer guests the best quality, our vessels do not provide food but instead can connect guests with local catering partners that can work with your individual needs so you can bring great food on the boat. As always guests are also welcome to bring any food or drinks they would like, catered or not.
-
You are more than welcome to bring alcoholic beverages onboard. We have ice and glassware for serving.
-
You are more than welcome to bring your own snorkel gear, especially if you are already comfortable using it. If you have little ones coming along and they are used to a particular set of gear, certainly bring that. We have top-of-the-line SeaSport silicone-based gear which is provided to all of our guests.
-
We find that yellow float belts are the most comfortable for snorkeling activities and we do provide these for all of our guests.
-
We are able to customize your charter to your comfort level, we have sailed with guests ranging from 2 years to 85 years old. We do recommend that if you have pre-existing medical conditions you speak with your doctor before in-water activities or activities that may keep you from medical attention for hours at a time.
-
Several of the snorkel spots we visit are well known for turtle sightings but do keep in mind that they are wild animals.
-
There is the possibility of seeing dolphins on all our charters. While they are more likely in the beginning half of the day, they are still wild animals, so sightings are not guaranteed.
-
Humpback whale season in Hawaii is during the months of December-May. We run official whale watches from January-March, with several sightings weeks before and after. In the case that we do not spot whales during our trip, we recommend bringing your bathing suit so we can also snorkel with tropical fish and sea turtles.
-
Swimming is a very important skill to have before snorkeling so we recommend practicing in a pool ahead of time. We do carry flotation belts and pool noodles and are happy to give some guidance on best practices for snorkeling. Swimming is not a required skill for any of the non-snorkeling portions of your tour.
-
We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations outside of 48 hours from your departure are 100% refunded. Refunds are not given inside of 48 hours unless we are able to rebook your charter, then we will refund you minus a service fee.
-
Hawaii is known to have many “micro-climates.” While it may be raining hard in your area of the island, it could be bright and sunny in Waikiki. Our captains are experienced in the waters of Oahu and will not take our guests out in weather that is unsafe. We can experience overcast days, light rain days, and most days of full-on sunshine.
-
Rain doesn’t necessarily mean we will not be going out. However, in the event the conditions are unsafe we will cancel and provide you with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. All tours are weather permitting and it is up to the captain’s discretion to take you where conditions are the best overall and safe and enjoyable.
-
We operate on the leeward side of the island offering protected ocean conditions and our captains will always do their best to give you the smoothest ride possible. We are able to feel the ocean waves and may experience some salt spray, but that’s all part of the boating experience. If you are concerned or have experienced seasickness in the past we do recommend taking a half of a seasickness pill approximately 12 hours before your charter and the other half within hours of departure. You may also speak with your doctor for other recommendations.
