Yes — all of our tours run rain or shine. The only exceptions are very heavy rain or dangerous conditions, in which case we'll reach out to reschedule you.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for check-in, parking and a safety briefing. Your exact departure time is confirmed in your booking.
On the Tour
Yes. We offer a 100% turtle sighting guarantee on our snorkel tours — if we don't spot a sea turtle during your trip, you're welcome to rebook another tour for free.
No. Every guest gets a flotation vest, gear and a briefing before getting in the water, and our guides stay with the group throughout. Most of our guests are first-timers.
Yes — masks, snorkels, fins and flotation are all included on snorkel tours, along with in-water guides. Just bring a swimsuit, towel and reef-safe sunscreen.
Our sunset, fireworks and private charters are BYOB — bring cans rather than glass. Coolers with ice are provided onboard. Please enjoy responsibly.
A swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen (applied before boarding), a towel, a hat and a light layer for evening cruises. We provide all snorkel gear and flotation.
We keep a barefoot policy on all of our boats to protect the decks and keep everyone safe. Please plan to remove your shoes once onboard — the only exception is if you need to keep them on for medical reasons.
Absolutely. Age minimums vary by tour (as low as 5 on some), and cruises with no swimming — like sunset, fireworks and whale watching — are relaxed, seated experiences suitable for all ages.
Private Charters & Boats
Two: the Keanuenue, a 30-foot power catamaran for up to 6 guests, and the Big Kahuna, a brand-new 54-foot double-decker power boat for up to 45 guests on private charters.
Private charters aboard the Keanuenue start at $649. The Big Kahuna starts at $1,000 for up to 15 guests and $1,500 for 16–45 guests, based on a 2-hour charter. Longer charters are available.
Proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, photoshoots, memorials, corporate outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties and family reunions — we host it all on the water.
Yes — snorkeling, sunset, whale watching, fireworks, a coastal cruise or a mix. Your captain builds the route and timing entirely around your group.
